We are exclusively partnering with a global real estate business to appoint a Company Secretarial Assistant. This role will focus on the management of legal and corporate documentation across the business, working closely with the Legal and Company Secretarial functions and reporting to the UK General Counsel.
Candidates should have strong document management skills and be confident taking ownership of key document processes while maintaining accuracy and completeness. The role requires excellent attention to detail and a consistent ability to work carefully with important legal documentation.
This opportunity is well suited to someone in the early stages of their career who is looking to join a business that offers strong career development and broad exposure across the legal function.
This role would be ideal for an individual with aspirations to follow a Company Secretarial career path.
