Compliance Associate – 9 month FTC

We are recruiting for a leading Private Wealth Manager based in Central London looking to hire a Compliance Associate on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will support the UK & US regulatory compliance obligations and would suit someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar compliance monitoring or advisory capacity within financial services.

Duties & Experience required include:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Compliance role within Financial Services (Wealth Management preferred).
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations; knowledge of SEC/US regulatory frameworks desirable but not essential.
• Supporting the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP), including conducting thematic reviews and AML testing.
• Maintaining key compliance registers, including Breaches, Gifts & Entertainment, and PA Dealing.
• Assisting with regulatory reporting and compliance training activities.
• Excellent organisational, written, and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a small team and take initiative.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines.
