Global Head of Surveillance & RegTech Solutions

Duties & Experience required include:

• 10+ years’ experience in conduct risk management, trade surveillance, AML/transaction monitoring, or compliance within capital markets/electronic trading.
• Proven track record of defining and implementing RegTech systems for trading risk control.
• Strong understanding of best practice global regulatory obligations.
• Experience working with developers/data teams to embed risk logic into production systems.
• Familiarity with technologies such as pre-trade risk engines, real-time order analytics, graph analytics, and anomaly detection models.
• Strategic leadership skills with a hands-on approach, overseeing global hubs and managing direct reports.
• Excellent communication skills, engaging with regulators, boards, and senior stakeholders.
