Training & Competence Supervisor

A financial planning business are looking to hire a Training & Competence Supervisor to join their Compliance team. Ideally candidates will have the relevant level 4 qualification or be willing to take this qualification.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review, develop and maintain the Training & Competence scheme requirements.
  • Design & deliver training to advisors
  • Work closely in supporting the Head of Financial Planning with updates on the performs of advisors within the business.
  • Collate relevant management information on individuals and teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience within a similar Training & Competence role within a financial planning business.
  • Level 4 qualified.
  • DB Pension transfer experience, desirable.
  • Good communicator, comfortable dealing with all levels of staff.
