Compliance Consultant – 3 month contract

Our client is looking to recruit a Compliance Consultant, initially on a 3 month contract to conduct cross-border regulatory research for their asset management clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in researching regulatory license and registration requirements and exemptions from same
• Draft compliance manuals and procedures;
• Advise on implementing such;
• Carry out annual reviews, mock inspections, gap analyses and other assignments;
• Monitor compliance procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years regulatory experience
• Experience of working in a client facing environment and managing relationships
• Knowledge of US regulatory requirements advantageous
